I have not received my confirmation email after signing up

If your confirmation email hasn't come through or you can’t find it, first check that it hasn't gone you’re your spam/junk mail. If it is in your spam/junk folder then you will need to mark it as not spam as the activation link to confirm your account will not work if you don’t.

 

If you still can’t find your email please contact eOrigen Support and they will confirm your account manually.
