I Cannot Access My Certificate

If you cannot access your certificate after you have completed the course, you will need to check if the system has recorded your attempt by going back into the assessment and checking your highest score and number of attempts.

Try clicking on the certificate option on the side navigation bar and see if this has been updated with your certificate.

If the score you have just achieved isn't showing, try going into the assessment again and see if the system lets you resume where you left off at the end of the assessment. If it doesn't, contact us at eOrigen Support.
